I have just completed the on line course. I have found it so helpful, not only in relation to eating issues but in dealing with the underlying factors. For the first time I feel I have gained a lot of insight into my inner self and am developing a healthier relationship with food as a result. I really liked your approach and am so glad I did the course.
Although I know that I have not fully recovered, I am learning to deal with negative feelings and emotions and for the first time in my life, actually 'feeling' them for what they are. In the past I have often avoided this. Thanks.
Recognising that I am not alone is one of the really positive things about this programme. I find it helpful watching the session videos and I find that I can relate to many of the problems and issues raised in the group.
